Kamanga is responsible for the overall management of the firm. He specializes in Telecommunications and Information Communication Technology law. He also regularly advises clients on Banking and Finance transactions, Labour Law, Merger and Acquisitions. He has wide expertise in advising International and National clients on setting up businesses in Tanzania, legal advisory services to International clients on Regulatory compliance specifically in the Banking industry, the Telecoms industry, the Oil & Gas industry and the Mining industry.

Kamanga sat on the board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Tanzania as the Director of Development for the period 2014-2016 and was also a licensed by the Capital Markets and Securities Authority as an Investment Advisor .Prior to forming KW Kapinga & Partners, Kamanga was the Senior Business Development Associate at Mkono & Co Advocates and before that an Associate at CRB AFRICA LEGAL .

Deogratius Tesha is a dedicated and highly skilled with a focus on delivering innovative and client-centric legal solutions, Deogratius has garnered extensive experience in civil litigation, corporate governance, corporate law, commercial transactions, dispute resolution, labour law.

As an integral member of the firm, Deogratius is committed to providing strategic legal counsel to both local and international clients. His approach emphasizes attention to detail, rigorous research, and a deep understanding of the Tanzanian legal landscape.

Deogratius holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from University of Dar es salaam and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania, a Certified Director (CiDr) by The Institute of Directors in Tanzania (IoDT), and is an active member of Tanganyika Law Society. Outside his legal practice, he is
passionate about community engagement, mentoring aspiring legal professionals, and contributing to initiatives that foster justice and equality.

Currently, Kasha is stationed as an Associate at KW Kapinga & Partners whilst possessing an abundance worth of knowledge and expertise within the respective legal fields. With an extensive amount of experience in Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolutions, Corporate and Commercial Law, Oil Gas & Mining Law, Banking & Finance Law, Employment and Labor Law, Intellectual Property Law, Media &
Telecommunication Law, Kasha continues to surge within the legal sector. Kasha is dedicated in tackling and solving any legal matter that may arise in respect of all of our clients.
